What to expect -
“No two reiki healing sessions are ever the same, all are channelled and guided spontaneously using the energies available to us on the day. These energies flow directly to the area we need them for our highest good.”
We begin with an introduction chat utilising the channelled, guided, ancestral energies that will assist with your individual healing needs.
I will introduce an individualised breathing technique to aid your heart, lungs, organs, moving cerebral spinal fluid through your vertebrae. This allows us to breath in as much life force energy into our bodies to begin our reiki healing session. It’s at this time that we share open heart space energies and our bodies accept the safety of a healing session to continue for your higher good.
You will lay comfortably on your back, in a darkened room and allow your self to drift off where ever your heart takes you. Aromatherapy fragrances will stimulate your pineal and pituitary glands allowing your energy centres to awaken. I use chants, reiki symbols and spiritual sayings to heal and awaken your heart centre and soul essence.
My hands will be warm to hot allowing the energy we are channelling direct from source to flow through your energy centres. ( Hands are are roughly 2 inches above your chakra energy centres ). Tuning fork, Tibetan singing bowls and constant Om healing chants will be used to maximise your benefits from your channelled source energy reiki healing session.
