"It was truely an unforgettable experience!
From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed by a room that was beautifully decorated; soft music and soothing scents that immediately puts you in a calming atmosphere.
Ken was fantastic. He was professional, attentive, and asked many questions about any specific areas I may wanted to focus on.
His guidance in breathing techniques was incredibly easy to follow, and I could feel the tension melting away with each breath.
Once the session of Reiki started, I could feel the heat from where Ken was focussing his energy. This surreal experience however was very comforting.

"I went to attend a Reiki session with Ken Breen - Reiki Master as part of Infinite energy source -Lieb Wellness. I had been seeking a Reiki Master with understanding and great learned knowledge. I was overwhelmed and overthinking about my existence.
Fortunately my family member came through and helped me cross over the bridge of despair.
Suffering from severe depression after losing my mother and becoming a 24-7 caregiver for my father and my husband (suffering Alzheimer’s ).
The burden of assisting them in everyday activities was becoming increasingly difficult.

Ken used a variety of modalities including reiki, sound healing, breathwork and what I would describe as loving reflection in our online session. I personally came out of it equal parts deeply relaxed and amplified so I'd consider not booking an evening appointment unless you're a night owl. Of course everyone's experience is different though.
