A simple understanding of how Reiki works is this:
Working with the five elements of the system of Reiki stimulates energy (Reiki) to move in the body. You already have energy in the body but often it is not flowing with ease; we were talking about it clogging you up, obstructing its flow. When our energy flows without interruption that is when we shine unhindered with that beautiful pure light of our true being. This state is often called enlightenment.
Therefore working with the system of Reiki shifts the energy. When this happens it is possible that you might feel it. When poor energy is on the way out it might play up a bit. You might feel that headache a bit more, or you find yourself with an upset stomach, or you feel emotionally in turmoil. We call this a cleansing process. It is a normal, natural way for the body to respond as it finds its way back to its pure self. The best advice is to keep on working through it. Support your body in every way that you can to help you move through the changes that are occurring. Always stop if it gets too intense, and if you are worried you can always contact your Reiki practitioner or teacher.

Reiki when activated - Reiki addresses body, mind and spirit by accelerating one’s ability to heal one’s self. The body is reminded of its ability to heal physical ailments, the mind opened to the causes of disease, and the spirit to the opportunity of taking responsibility for one’s life and the joys of balanced wellness.
This hands-on healing modality is an ancient art now being revived around the world. Energy channeling through the hands was rediscovered by a Christian scholar, Dr. Mikao Usui, in Japan in the late 19th century after many years of researching the healing ministries of great healers, including Jesus and the Buddha. Reiki (literal translation – soul power), as laid down by Dr. Usui, has a simple set of procedures to follow. These procedures were passed down to each of the Reiki Masters who follow his teachings, together with a simple set of Reiki ideals. Historically, the teaching of this oral tradition is passed on from Reiki Master to student during Reiki training. TeachingsIt is impossible to offer a commencement date for Usui Mikao’s teachings. He was 35 years old at the turn of the century and, as stated by students of Suzuki san (who claim to have seen his Menkyo Kaiden certificate) was proficient in martial arts from his mid-20s. Suzuki san had been aware of Usui Mikao her whole life as she was his wife’s cousin. Her formal training with him is said to have begun in 1915 when she was 20 years old and her relationship with him continued on a less formal basis until his death in 1926. It’s understood that Suzuki san and the other 11 living students have preserved a collection of papers including the precepts, waka, meditations, and teachings.
In a translated 1928 article a student of Chujiro Hayashi states that the system was founded ‘decades ago’.

The earth body and the human body, as well as the entire DNA record is made in crystalline properties. The Silicate Matrix DNA template is the original human crystalline blueprint that is activated in the human body when contact or connection is made with love coded hydroplasmic light, which is essentially liquid crystals.
