Sacred Geometry: The Language of Creation

Unlocking the Divine Blueprint of the Universe

What Is Sacred Geometry?

Sacred Geometry is the ancient study of the mathematical patterns and shapes that underlie all of creation. These are not merely abstract forms — they are the living blueprints through which Source, the Universe, and consciousness express themselves into physical reality. Every flower, every snowflake, every galaxy, every atom is built upon these geometric foundations.
From the moment of creation — the singular point of pure consciousness — geometry unfolds outward. The singular becomes the dual, the dual becomes the trinity, and from there, infinite complexity blossoms. The further we move from Source, the more complex the geometry becomes, yet each shape still carries within it the fingerprint of the Divine.
"Sacred Geometry is not something separate from us — it IS us. It is the architecture of our souls, the blueprint of our DNA, the pattern of our heartbeat. When you understand Sacred Geometry, you understand the mind of the Creator." — Ken Breen, Infinite Energy Source
At Infinite Energy Source, I use the principles of Sacred Geometry in my energy healing work, my Reiki Synergy Sessions, and in my teachings — because understanding these patterns helps us align with the natural flow of creation, heal at the deepest levels, and reconnect with our true Source.

1. Vesica Piscis — The Womb of Creation

What Is the Vesica Piscis?

The Vesica Piscis is formed when two identical circles overlap so that the centre of each circle rests on the perimeter of the other. The result is a mandorla — an almond-shaped intersection — that has been revered across virtually every sacred tradition on Earth for thousands of years. Its name means 'bladder of the fish' in Latin, and it forms the root from which many other sacred symbols emerge: the Ichthys (the 'Jesus Fish'), the triquetra, the Reuleaux triangle, and even the foundational structure of the Flower of Life. It has been used in the proportional systems of Gothic cathedrals, in Masonic symbolism, in the sacred art of ancient Egypt, and in Celtic knotwork.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Vesica Piscis

Across all traditions that have used this symbol, the meaning converges on a single truth: the Vesica Piscis represents the union of opposites and the creation that emerges from that union. Whether it is called Heaven and Earth, God and Goddess, Masculine and Feminine, Yin and Yang — the Vesica Piscis is the sacred geometry of balance meeting balance, and from that meeting, life is born.
  • Christian tradition: The union of heaven and earth embodied in Christ — the meeting point of the divine and the human.
  • Judaic/Kabbalistic tradition: The root element of the Flower of Life — the moment before creation became complex.
  • Ancient Egyptian tradition: The 'Cosmic Mother,' Goddess Maat — the divine womb from which all truth and order flow.
  • Celtic and Norse tradition: The merging of the God and Goddess — the sacred marriage that births the manifest world.

Sacred Geometry and Science — They Agree

Modern quantum physics and atomic science reveal the same truth that Sacred Geometry has always known. Inside every atom, positively charged protons (masculine energy) and negatively charged electrons (feminine energy) are in a constant dance of attraction and balance. When they achieve equilibrium, a perfect, stable creation forms. When balance is disrupted, the atom seeks resolution — it will trade electrons, bond with others, or collapse entirely. The Vesica Piscis shows us this principle in its most elegant visual form. Two circles — one representing masculine energy, one feminine — overlap. The lens-shaped centrepiece is the creation that emerges from their perfect union. Only when the circles are symmetrical and equal does the central form achieve its perfect proportions. This is not metaphor — it is the mathematical law of creation.
"Balance is not stillness. Balance is the dynamic tension between two equal forces, held in creative relationship. The Vesica Piscis shows us that from perfect balance, the entire universe is born." — Ken Breen

2. The Germ of Life — The Thought Before the World

What Is the Germ of Life?

Before the Seed of Life, before the Flower, before anything at all — there was the Germ of Life. A single circle. One. The primordial dot. The First Breath. This is not a symbol of something that happened in the distant past; it is the eternal present-moment of consciousness before it expresses itself into form. The Germ of Life is the still point at the centre of the Flower of Life. It represents the consciousness of the Creator at rest — the pure awareness that precedes all thought, all geometry, all creation. It is the silence before the first word, the darkness before the first light.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Germ of Life

In spiritual traditions around the world, this first circle — this Germ — is associated with the primordial unity before duality arose. In Hindu philosophy it is the Bindu, the dimensionless point of pure potential. In Kabbalistic teaching it is Ein Sof — the infinite, limitless Divine before any emanation. In Taoism it is the Tao itself, the Unnameable from which all named things arise.Meditating on the Germ of Life is an act of returning to Source. It invites us to remember that beneath all complexity, all separation, all the intricate geometries of life — there is one consciousness. One awareness. One love. We are each a unique expression of that singular point, radiating outward and yet always connected to the centre from which we came.
"At the center of all life, all creation, there is the consciousness of the creator. The beginning before the beginning, the thought that came before the world, before life sprung forth, was the Germ of Life."

3. The Seed of Life — The Seven Days of Creation

What Is the Seed of Life?

The Seed of Life is formed by six circles arranged symmetrically around a central seventh circle, all of equal size and all overlapping in perfect proportion. The result is a flower-like mandala that appears in churches, mosques, ancient temples, synagogues, and sacred sites around the world — from the Temple of Osiris at Abydos in Egypt to the ceiling of Leonardo da Vinci's workshop. This symbol is the second stage in the unfolding of the Flower of Life. Where the Germ is the single circle of pure being, the Seed of Life is the first great act of creation — the moment when Source begins to express itself outward in seven sacred directions.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Seed of Life

The seven circles of the Seed of Life correspond directly to the seven days of creation described in Genesis — but this is not merely a Biblical story. It is a universal cosmological truth encoded in geometry. In virtually every culture that has an account of creation, that creation unfolds in seven stages. Seven energy centres in the body (chakras). Seven notes in the musical scale. Seven colours in the visible spectrum of light. Seven is the number of complete creation. Each circle in the Seed of Life represents a distinct 'day' or phase of creation as Source consciousness moves outward from its central point. The six outer circles represent the six directions of three-dimensional space — up, down, left, right, forward, back — and the seventh central circle represents the point of origin: the Self, the witness, the Now.As a symbol of blessing and protection, the Seed of Life reminds us that we are not random beings in a random universe. We are intentional creations, seeded into existence with divine purpose, held within a pattern so perfect and so ancient that it appears spontaneously in nature at every scale — from the arrangement of cells in a developing embryo to the spiral structure of a galaxy.
"The Seed of Life crystallises what some of us feel but struggle to express — that all life on Earth and in the Universe is interconnected. That we are divine creations, held within a sacred pattern that transcends culture, religion, and time." — Ken Breen

4. The Egg of Life — The Template of All Living Things

What Is the Egg of Life?

The Egg of Life emerges as you add six additional circles to the Seed of Life, selecting every other circle of the Flower of Life to create a new arrangement. Its form closely resembles the Seed of Life but with a crucially different spatial relationship between the circles — and this difference makes all the difference in the world. The Egg of Life can also be understood as the eight spheres contained within the three-dimensional form of Metatron's Cube. It represents a transition between pure symbol and living template — the blueprint that nature uses to build physical life.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Egg of Life

The Egg of Life is considered the structural template of all life on Earth — literally. The arrangement of circles within it is identical to the arrangement of cells in the very first moments of human embryonic development. After fertilisation, a human egg divides into 2 cells, then 4, then 8 — and that cluster of 8 cells, known as the morula, has exactly the same geometric arrangement as the Egg of Life. Every human being on this planet began as this sacred pattern.Beyond biology, the Egg of Life is said to contain the organisational framework for music itself. The spaces and overlaps between its thirteen embedded circles correspond to the intervals of the chromatic musical scale — the twelve semitones, plus the octave. This is why music moves us so deeply: it is built upon the same sacred template as our physical bodies.Spiritually, the Egg of Life represents three of the most fundamental pillars of human existence — health, stability, and fertility. Health in the wholeness of our physical form. Stability in our mental, emotional, and energetic grounding. Fertility in our creative potential — not just biological reproduction, but the capacity to bring our intentions and visions into manifest reality.
"The Egg of Life is a reminder that we are not separate from the patterns of creation. We ARE those patterns. The same geometry that births galaxies is the geometry that birthed you." — Ken Breen

5. The Fruit of Life — The Holy of Holies

What Is the Fruit of Life?

The Fruit of Life consists of 13 circles selected from within the Flower of Life in a specific pattern. It is called the 'Holy of Holies' of Sacred Geometry because it is hidden within the Flower of Life — you cannot see it unless you know where to look. These 13 spheres represent a two-dimensional expression of a profound three-dimensional truth. When you connect the centres of all 13 circles of the Fruit of Life, you generate 78 lines that form the structure known as Metatron's Cube — the master geometric blueprint that contains all five Platonic Solids within it.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Fruit of Life

The number 13 carries enormous spiritual significance. In music, 13 represents the transition between octaves — the 12 notes of the chromatic scale, and the 13th note that is the first note again, vibrating at a higher frequency. This is the language of dimensional ascension: when you reach the 13th, you have graduated to a higher level of reality. The 13 spheres of the Fruit of Life represent the feminine aspects of creation — the field, the void, the receptive space in which the masculine lines of Metatron's Cube can organise and express. Together, they create the complete architecture of physical reality. Modern physics calls this space the 'quantum vacuum' or zero-point field — Sacred Geometry called it the Fruit of Life thousands of years ago.Cosmologically, the Fruit of Life maps the structure of our solar system. The central circle represents the Sun — the Sustainer of Life. The six surrounding circles represent the inner planets. The outer circles map to the broader cosmic order. The Flower of Life surrounding it all represents the twelve signs of the Zodiac — the great wheel of time and destiny within which our earthly lives unfold. The spiritual invitation of the Fruit of Life is to organise and to prepare. To become conscious of our surroundings. To identify what must change in order to move forward. To share our aspirations with those who can help us realise them. It teaches us that creation is not accidental — it is intentional. Everything that exists was first a pattern in consciousness before it became a pattern in matter.
"The Fruit of Life is the bridge between the invisible and the visible, between consciousness and creation, between what we dream and what we build. It reminds us that we are co-creators with the Universe." — Ken Breen

6. The Tree of Life — The Map of the Soul

What Is the Tree of Life?

The Tree of Life is one of the most universally recognised sacred symbols on Earth. Found in ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, India, China, the Norse traditions, the Celtic world, and at the heart of Jewish Kabbalistic mysticism — no single culture owns this symbol because it belongs to all of us. It is a map that predates every religion, encoded in the collective memory of humanity. In its most well-known form, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life consists of 10 spheres called Sephiroth (meaning 'emanations') connected by 22 pathways. Each Sephira represents a distinct quality of consciousness — from the crown of pure cosmic awareness at the top, to the material world at the base. Three vertical pillars organise the Sephiroth: the Pillar of Severity (left), the Pillar of Mercy (right), and the Pillar of Mildness or Balance (centre).

The Spiritual Meaning of the Tree of Life

The Tree of Life is simultaneously a map of the Universe and a map of the human soul. It shows us how God — pure, undifferentiated consciousness — progressively steps down its infinite nature into ever-denser forms of expression, until matter itself is created. And it shows us the reverse journey: the path of the soul as it returns, rung by rung, back toward its Divine Source. The ten Sephiroth represent ten distinct qualities or 'lights' of the Divine — wisdom, understanding, love, power, beauty, victory, splendour, foundation, and manifestation — all emanating from the crown of pure, undivided consciousness. As a spiritual practice, meditating on each Sephira helps us develop and balance those corresponding qualities within ourselves. The 22 connecting paths correspond to the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet — because in Hebrew mystical tradition, letters are not merely sounds; they are the vibrational building blocks of creation. God speaks the world into existence through sacred sound, and the Tree of Life is the geometry of that sacred language. The tree as a symbol across all cultures carries the same profound meaning: rootedness in the earth, expansion into the heavens, and the central trunk that unites both worlds. When you feel disconnected, lost, or alone, the Tree of Life reminds you that you are neither isolated nor abandoned — you are a branch of an infinitely vast network of Being, always connected to the root from which all life springs.
"The Tree of Life is not only a symbol of what is above — it is a reminder of what is below, within you. Your soul has a structure, a path, a sacred architecture. You are the Tree." — Ken Breen

7. The Merkabah — Your Vehicle of Light

What Is the Merkabah?

The word Merkabah (also spelled Merkavah or Merkava) comes from the Hebrew root meaning 'chariot,' and from its ancient Egyptian phonetic breakdown means Light (Mer) — Spirit (Ka) — Body (Bah). It is both a sacred symbol and a living energetic reality. The Merkabah is your personal vehicle of light — the geometric energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body when your consciousness, spirit, and physical form are in perfect alignment. Geometrically, the Merkabah consists of two interlocking three-dimensional tetrahedra — one pointing upward (masculine/solar, rotating clockwise) and one pointing downward (feminine/earth, rotating counter-clockwise). When viewed from above in its two-dimensional form, it appears as a six-pointed Star of David. In its activated three-dimensional form, it creates a spinning, rotating field of light and energy that extends approximately 55 feet in each direction from the human body.

The Spiritual Meaning and Power of the Merkabah

Merkabah mysticism is one of the earliest esoteric schools of Judaism, practised between approximately 100 BCE and 1000 CE. Its teachings are based on the visions of the prophet Ezekiel, who described vast geometric light structures in the heavens — living creatures, wheels within wheels, fire and crystal — that modern scholars of Sacred Geometry recognise as descriptions of activated Merkabah fields. The spiritual tradition holds that every human being has a Merkabah — a personal light vehicle — but that for most people it lies dormant. Through meditation, breathwork, and intentional spiritual practice, the Merkabah can be activated. When it is, the practitioner experiences expanded states of consciousness, deep inner peace, heightened intuition, and a felt sense of direct connection to Source. The two spinning tetrahedra of the Merkabah embody the most fundamental dynamic in creation: the interplay of masculine and feminine energy. The upward-pointing tetrahedron draws solar/heavenly energy downward into the body. The downward-pointing tetrahedron draws earth/feminine energy upward through the body. Where they meet and spin in perfect balance — at the heart centre — a vortex of pure creative force is generated.Ascended masters across multiple traditions are said to have used the Merkabah as a vehicle for interdimensional travel and conscious ascension. Whether this is understood literally or metaphorically, its essence remains the same: when you unite your body, spirit, and consciousness in perfect harmony, you become capable of experiences and perceptions that far exceed ordinary human reality.
"Your Merkabah is not something you build — it is something you remember. It has always been with you. When you align your light with your truth, it wakes up. And when it wakes up, you realise you were never just a body in a world. You are a soul with a universe inside you." — Ken Breen

8. Metatron's Cube — The Blueprint of All Things

What Is Metatron's Cube?

Metatron's Cube is formed by connecting the centres of all 13 circles of the Fruit of Life with straight lines. This generates 78 lines that create one of the most complex and powerful geometric forms in existence. Within Metatron's Cube, all five Platonic Solids can be found — the tetrahedron, cube (hexahedron), octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron — the five fundamental building blocks of all physical matter. It is named for the Archangel Metatron — a figure of immense power and mystery found in Islamic, Judaic, and Christian mystical traditions. Metatron is described as the Scribe of God, the recording angel, the guardian of the Akashic Records — the angel who understands the deepest principles of creation. In many sacred illustrations, Metatron is depicted holding a cube from which all of creation flows. His Egyptian equivalent is Thoth, the god of sacred knowledge and the architect of the universe.

The Spiritual Meaning of Metatron's Cube

Metatron's Cube is the architecture of the mind of God made visible. The Hermetic axiom states: 'All is mind; the universe is mental.' Metatron's Cube illustrates exactly this — it shows how a purely conceptual, two-dimensional mathematical reality (13 connected circles) unfolds into three-dimensional physical forms (the Platonic Solids). This is the process by which consciousness becomes matter: thought becomes geometry, geometry becomes structure, structure becomes form. The five Platonic Solids hidden within Metatron's Cube were described by the philosopher Plato as the fundamental forms from which all elements are made. The tetrahedron corresponds to fire. The cube to earth. The octahedron to air. The icosahedron to water. The dodecahedron to the cosmos itself — the shape of the universe. These three-dimensional structures appear throughout nature at every scale: in crystal lattices, in viral protein shells, in the geometry of DNA, in the orbital patterns of planets.Spiritually, Metatron's Cube is said to spin with the energy of creation — actively clearing lower-frequency energies and replacing negative thought patterns with higher-vibrational ones. Placing this symbol in your home, meditating upon it, or visualising it within your energy field is said to align you with the creative intelligence of the universe, support personal transformation, and remind you of your infinite creative potential.
"Metatron's Cube contains every shape that exists in the universe God has created. Those shapes are the building blocks of all physical matter. When you work with this symbol, you are working with the very architecture of reality itself." — Ken Breen

9. Vector Equilibrium — The Zero Point of All Creation

What Is Vector Equilibrium?

Vector Equilibrium (VE) — also known geometrically as the cuboctahedron — was named and described by the visionary inventor and mathematician R. Buckminster Fuller, though its principles have been encoded in sacred traditions for millennia. The VE is the only geometric form in existence where all forces are perfectly equal and balanced: every edge length, every vector, every tension and compression force is identical. There is no closer approach to absolute equilibrium in physical geometry. The VE has 12 vertices, 8 triangular faces, 6 square faces, 24 edges, and 32 planes. From its centre, energy radiates outward in 12 equally balanced directions — an omnidirectional equilibrium that Fuller described as 'the nearest approach we will ever know to eternity and God.'

The Spiritual Meaning of Vector Equilibrium

Vector Equilibrium represents what mystics have always called the Void — not emptiness in the nihilistic sense, but the pregnant, infinite field of pure potential that underlies all manifest reality. In physics, this is called the quantum vacuum or zero-point field — the baseline of energy from which all particles arise and into which they dissolve. In Sacred Geometry, it is the Vector Equilibrium. The VE is paradoxical. It appears to be perfectly ordered, yet it is fundamentally irrational — it defies the normal logic of space and time. It is the generator of wave-particle duality. It embodies Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. It is the geometric zone where normal physical laws break down and the deeper laws of consciousness take over. Fuller described it as 'a zone of neutral resonance where waves can pass through waves without interference.'Ancient civilisations knew the Vector Equilibrium intimately. Its proportions are carved into Mount Qingcheng in China, one of the four sacred mountains of Taoism, with a history dating back over 2,300 years. The Egyptians understood the VE as the 'mother of all symmetric geometry' — the invisible fabric of space from which all visible forms emerge. There is even a compelling geometric argument that the three pyramids of Giza encode the proportions of the VE.Traditional Chinese medicine maps the energy meridians of the human body using the proportions and diagonal lines of the Vector Equilibrium — the invisible energetic skeleton upon which acupuncture is based. The Tree of Life of the Kabbalah can be constructed directly from the symmetric proportions of the VE. And modern quantum physicists like Nassim Haramein have demonstrated mathematically that the VE underlies the structure of spacetime itself.Spiritually, the Vector Equilibrium invites us to find our own zero point — the still, balanced centre within ourselves from which we can radiate our energy in all directions without depletion. In meditation, it represents the state of pure presence: not pulled toward past or future, not disturbed by pleasure or pain, but perfectly, dynamically, creatively still. From that centre, everything is possible.
"Vector Equilibrium is the cosmic zero. It is the pause between the inhale and the exhale, the silence between the notes, the stillness beneath every storm. It is the place in you that has never been disturbed. Learning to find that place — that is the whole journey." — Ken Breen

10. The Torus — The Living Breath of the Universe

What Is the Torus?

The Torus is the primary energy pattern of the universe. Its name comes from the Latin for 'swelling,' and its three-dimensional form resembles a donut or an apple with an invisible channel through its centre. The torus is found at every scale of existence: in the magnetic field surrounding the Earth, in the energy field of every human heart (measured by cardiologists as the largest electromagnetic field in the human body), in the structure of galaxies, in the form of a sunflower head, in the pattern of growth in a developing embryo. Geometrically, the Torus is the first shape to emerge from the Genesis Pattern — the first movement of sacred geometry into dynamic, living form. Its underlying structure is the Vector Equilibrium: the Torus is the VE in motion, pulsing and flowing between states of expansion and contraction, always returning to its zero point.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Torus

The Torus is the geometry of life itself — of any self-sustaining, self-renewing system. Energy enters through one pole, flows through the central channel, radiates outward across the surface, folds back on itself, and returns to its source to be renewed before flowing again. This is the pattern of a breath, of a heartbeat, of the seasons, of birth and death and rebirth. It is the geometry of love: always giving, always returning, always beginning again. For many years, clairvoyants and energy healers have described the human aura as a series of nested toroidal fields surrounding the body. Energy flows down through the crown, through the central channel of the spine, out through the feet, around the outside of the body, and back up again — continuously, like a living fountain. When this flow is unobstructed, we feel vital, connected, and alive. When it is disrupted by unprocessed emotion, trauma, or energetic blockage — we feel depleted, disconnected, and unwell. This is why energy healing modalities like Reiki are so powerful: they work directly with the toroidal flow of life-force energy through and around the body, clearing blockages and restoring the natural pattern of circulation. When the torus flows freely, healing happens naturally — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The spiritual teaching of the Torus is also one of cosmic justice and self-regulation. No energy can continue flowing in only one direction indefinitely. Everything that goes out must eventually return to its source. Every action creates a corresponding return. This is not punishment — it is the geometry of reality. The universe is always seeking to restore balance and flow. Our role, as conscious beings, is to align with that flow rather than resist it.
"The Torus is the universe breathing. Every heartbeat, every breath, every act of love — these are the universe experiencing itself through you. You are not separate from the cosmos. You ARE the cosmos, shaped into this magnificent, temporary, beautiful form, pulsing with the same sacred geometry as the stars." — Ken Breen

Sacred Geometry & Reiki — The Connection

In my work at Infinite Energy Source, Sacred Geometry is not just an intellectual framework — it is a living, breathing presence in every healing session. The chakras of the body are geometric energy vortices. The nadis (energy channels) follow toroidal patterns through and around the body. The subtle energy body itself is a Merkabah field. The Reiki symbols used in advanced practice are sacred geometric forms that resonate with specific frequencies of healing energy. When I work with clients in a Reiki Synergy Session, I am working with the geometry of their energy field — helping to restore the natural, sacred proportions of their toroidal flow, clearing the distortions that create pain, illness, anxiety, and disconnection, and helping them remember the perfect geometric template that they truly are. Understanding Sacred Geometry deepens your relationship with your own body, your energy, and your life. It shifts your perception from 'I am a physical body having occasional spiritual experiences' to 'I am a geometric expression of consciousness, temporarily inhabiting a physical form.' That shift alone is profoundly healing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sacred Geometry

What is Sacred Geometry and why is it called 'sacred'?
Sacred Geometry is the study of the mathematical patterns and geometric forms that underlie all of creation. It is called 'sacred' because these patterns appear in religious art, architecture, and scripture across every culture — and because many traditions recognise them as evidence of a divine intelligence or creative consciousness that structured reality according to these perfect proportions. Sacred Geometry bridges science and spirituality, showing us that the universe is not random, but organised according to beautiful, repeating mathematical laws.
Can I use Sacred Geometry in my daily life?
Absolutely. Sacred Geometry is not just for monks and mystics — it is for everyone. You can use it by meditating on specific symbols (such as the Flower of Life or Metatron's Cube) to attune your consciousness to those frequencies. You can place sacred geometric art in your home or workspace to create an energetic environment of harmony. You can work with a practitioner like Ken Breen who integrates Sacred Geometry into energy healing sessions. Even simply becoming aware of sacred patterns in nature — in flowers, shells, snowflakes, and galaxies — is a form of sacred geometric practice.
What is the Flower of Life and why is it so important?
The Flower of Life is the master pattern — the most complete expression of Sacred Geometry's foundational forms. It contains within it the Germ of Life, the Seed of Life, the Egg of Life, the Fruit of Life, and the hidden Metatron's Cube. It appears in the Temple of Osiris at Abydos (Egypt), in the Forbidden City in China, in Assyrian temples, in Indian temples — on every inhabited continent, in traditions with no known contact with each other. It appears to be a universal language, a pattern so fundamental to existence that it emerges wherever human beings go deep enough into their spiritual search.
How does Sacred Geometry relate to healing?
The human energy body — the biofield or aura — is a geometric structure. When this structure is in its natural, harmonious proportions, we experience health, wellbeing, and vitality. When it is distorted by stress, trauma, emotional suppression, or energetic interference, we experience imbalance, which may eventually manifest as physical, emotional, or mental dis-ease. Sacred Geometry healing works by returning the energy body to its natural geometric proportions — using sound, intention, symbol, and touch. This is the foundation of Ken Breen's Reiki Synergy Sessions at Infinite Energy Source.
What is the Merkabah and how do I activate it?
The Merkabah is your personal light vehicle — a three-dimensional star-tetrahedron field of energy that surrounds your body when your consciousness, spirit, and physical form are in alignment. It is not something external to you; it is an innate aspect of your energetic anatomy. Activation practices include deep meditative breathwork, intention-setting, visualisation of the spinning geometry, and working with an experienced energy practitioner. Ken Breen incorporates Merkabah awareness into his Reiki Synergy Sessions and his Reiki Mastery training.
What is the difference between the Flower of Life and Metatron's Cube?
The Flower of Life is the primary pattern — a two-dimensional arrangement of overlapping circles from which all the fundamental sacred geometric symbols emerge. Metatron's Cube is derived from the Fruit of Life (which is itself hidden within the Flower of Life) by connecting the centres of its 13 circles with straight lines. The Flower of Life represents the feminine, receptive, circular nature of creation. Metatron's Cube represents the masculine, active, linear structuring of that creative energy into physical form. Together, they represent the complete, balanced architecture of the universe.
Is Sacred Geometry connected to specific religions?
Sacred Geometry is found in virtually every major religious and spiritual tradition in human history — Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, ancient Egyptian religion, Celtic traditions, Norse mythology, Indigenous traditions around the world. But it belongs exclusively to none of them. It is older than any religion, and it speaks in a language that transcends culture: the universal language of mathematics and form. Studying Sacred Geometry deepens your appreciation of all spiritual traditions, rather than creating divisions between them.
How does Ken Breen use Sacred Geometry in his healing work?
Ken Breen integrates Sacred Geometry into his Reiki Synergy Sessions at Studio 3 in Footscray, Melbourne, and in his remote healing sessions worldwide. Sacred geometric principles inform his understanding of the chakra system, the toroidal flow of the human biofield, and the Merkabah energy body. He teaches Sacred Geometry as part of his Reiki Mastery Series and incorporates sacred symbols and geometric awareness into all levels of his healing practice. Ken sees Sacred Geometry not as a separate discipline but as an integral lens through which all energy healing becomes more precise, more intentional, and more deeply connected to the creative intelligence of the universe.
