You learn to feel energy with your own hands, understand the chakra system and the body's energy anatomy, and begin practising Reiki on yourself, family and friends. At this level, the Four Levels of Consciousness — Victim, Creator, Channel, Unity — become lived experience rather than concept. Heart & Mind Coherence reaches its fullest expression.
