What is intuition, really?
Intuition is the part of you that knows before you've worked anything out. It doesn't argue, calculate, or explain itself — it simply lands, as a feeling, an image, a sudden certainty, a pull toward or away from something. Most of us were taught to override it in favour of logic, evidence and other people's opinions. But intuition was never the opposite of intelligence. It's a different kind of intelligence — one that draws on far more than the data sitting in front of you.
I see intuition as the way the conscious field — the quantum field, the ether, the Infinite Energy Source — speaks to us directly. Everything in existence is energy, vibrating at different frequencies, woven through one continuous field of information. Your intuition is the antenna. Your mind is the radio. STAGE 1
Static
Low-vibrational living. Constant noise, overthinking, fear-based decisions, busyness, and a nervous system too overstimulated to register anything subtle. Most people live here without realising a quieter signal exists underneath it all.
STAGE 2
Signal
The first nudges become noticeable: a gut feeling you can't argue with, a recurring thought, goosebumps, a "coincidence" that lands too perfectly to ignore. This stage is about noticing — not yet acting, just acknowledging that something is coming through.
STAGE 3
Tuning
Stillness, breath, time in nature, journaling, meditation — anything that lowers the noise and brings you into your body. This is where you practise responding to small intuitive hits and watching what happens when you follow them.
STAGE 4
Clear Reception
Living intuitively. Decisions feel aligned rather than forced. Synchronicities increase. Your connection to people, timing and the world around you sharpens — because you're finally receiving the signal the field has been sending the whole time.

Different traditions and disciplines have different names for it. Some call it the ether. Science points toward the quantum field. Others speak of a conscious field, a unified field, or universal energy. I call it the Infinite Energy Source — because that's exactly what it is: an inexhaustible field of energy and information that everything arises from, moves through, and remains connected to.
We're not separate from this field, even though most of us live as if we are. Every thought, feeling, and intention is a frequency moving within it — and every frequency you put out shapes what you're able to receive back. What exactly is intuition, and how is it different from fear or emotion?
Intuition tends to feel calm, clear and steady — even when its message is urgent. Fear feels tight, repetitive and loud, often looping the same worry over and over. Practically, it means shifting from fear-based, reactive states (stress, comparison, scarcity, overthinking) toward calmer, more open states (presence, gratitude, curiosity, ease). It's less about chasing constant positivity and more about noticing when you've dropped into low-vibration patterns, and gently returning to a steadier, more connected baseline — through stillness, breath, nature, rest and honest self-reflection.
How are intuition and the quantum field or conscious field connected?
If everything is energy and information moving within one connected field — sometimes called the ether, the quantum field, or the conscious field — then intuition is simply the channel through which that field communicates with you. It's the felt sense of information arriving before your logical mind has had time to process it. The clearer and calmer you become, the more clearly that channel comes through.
How long does it take to become more intuitive?
There's no fixed timeline, because it's less about "becoming" something new and more about removing what's been blocking what was already there. Many people notice small shifts — sharper gut feelings, more synchronicities, a calmer baseline — within weeks of consistent practice. Deeper, lasting change tends to come from steady, gentle attention over months, not from forcing a breakthrough.
What's the first step to start living more intuitively today?
Start by simply noticing. Before you reach for your phone, before you ask someone else's opinion, pause and ask yourself what you already feel about a situation — then write it down without judging it.
