A sound bath is one expression of sound healing, typically a longer immersive session where you lie down and receive continuous Tibetan singing bowl tones. My approach folds sound bath elements into a wider Reiki Synergy Session, so the sound is used with precision at the moments your energy field needs it most,
rather than as a fixed-length group format.
Where in Melbourne do sessions take place?
In-person sound healing and Reiki Synergy Sessions take place at Studio 3, 124 Whitehall Street, Footscray. Remote sound and energy sessions are also
available worldwide via Zoom for clients outside Melbourne.
Can sound healing be done remotely and still be effective?
Yes. Energy and vibration are not limited by physical distance. Remote Reiki Synergy Sessions carry the same Tibetan singing bowl frequencies, intuitive channelling and energetic transmission as in-studio sessions, delivered live via Zoom.
How often should I book a sound healing session?
This varies by person. Some clients come monthly as ongoing maintenance for their nervous system and energy field, others book around specific transitions, grief, burnout or periods of change. I can offer guidance on frequency after your first session.
