Your first session begins with an intuitive energy assessment — Ken tunes in to your field and identifies where energy is congested, depleted, or out of alignment. You will then lie fully clothed on a treatment table while Ken works through Reiki, crystal bowl sound healing, chakra balancing and breathwork tailored to your field. Sessions run for a minimum of 90 minutes. Most clients feel deeply relaxed, lighter and more present after their first session.
